Job/Project Description:

JDR Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced project-based consultant to support the technology needs of our ResMan property management systems customer base. In this project-based consulting engagement, you will be responsible for providing project planning/management, property setup/onboarding, data conversion, software implementation, custom report development, end user training and issue resolution including accounting and general support of the ResMan application to our clients. A minimum of 3 years experience in ResMan software implementation and training is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Knowledge of the ResMan Property Management Software
• Accounting, IT, and/or Property Management work history
• Knowledge of Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate
• SQL & understanding of relational databases
• Custom Report Writing skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
• Understanding of implementation methodology
• Ability to proactively manage client projects and tasks
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal / written communication skills required
• This position may involve up to 50% travel depending on client requirements
